Full-Time Staff - Serra Valley Farms has a number of full-time staff members that will help you in any way we can. We have both full-time and part-time trainers that provided lessons and work with riders of all calibers. The Serra Valley Farms riding program is managed by Katie Ruppel. Our support staff manage the grounds and stables to ensure the quality you expect at Serra Valley Farms.Instruction: All Serra Valley Farms instructors are well qualified, approachable, and capable horsemen and women that love sharing the joy of riding with others. Lessons will follow a carefully planned curriculum and will stress safe and correct riding skills. This is an English riding school focusing on the disciplines of dressage and jumping, but occasionally western tack may be used.
Horses: The wonderful Serra Valley horses are carefully chosen for the lesson program. They are all highly trained, have wonderful temperaments and are show quality animals.
Lessons at the farm are taught in quarterly 12-week sessions.

Riders will be placed into groups with like minded individuals of the same age. Lessons will encourage riders to use teamwork and build bonds with the other members of their group.
Pricing: Single group lesson: $60. Private lesson: $75. Lessons must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Customers are encouraged to purchase entire session and receive a 10% discount. One lesson/wk: $645 for session. Two lessons/wk: $1,290. Make up sessions are available, planning ahead for absences is encouraged to ensure space in a different group.
